Harmony Care Support is a specialist care provider committed to delivering high-quality residential and supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and additional support needs.
We start from the principle that people with learning disabilities have the same fundamental rights as anyone else in society, which includes the right to develop and make informed choices about their lives. Qualifications
We value the skills and expertise of our staff and expertise of our staff by continuing their professional development, with an emphasis on learning disability and mental illness, and providing sipper to achieve nationally recognised qualifications. All our support staff have either achieved a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) to a minimum of level 2 or are working towards the Diplomas in Health and Social Care.

Mandatory Training
We are an experienced provider of supporting people with more complex needs, including those with profound and multiple learning disabilities. All team members complete their own comprehensive, in house induction training programme, designed to establish and enhance their knowledge of our organisation, it's roles and responsibilities, mandatory training also, covers key aspects of care including health and safety, infection control, moving and handling, medication and safeguarding.
